Washington DC Area Alumni Event
Dean Robert Easter and the ACES Alumni Association hosted an alumni event on Tuesday, March 3, at Clyde's Restaurant in Alexandria, Virginia. Several faculty from campus joined the group including Dr. Joe Kokini, associate dean for Research, and Louise Rogers, associate dean for Advancement. Several U of I faculty and staff, who were in Washington DC at the time, also attended.
Amy Eichhorst shared updates on Illinois Connection and how alumni could be involved as advocates for their alma mater. Dr. Joe Kokini provided updates on current research inthe college and Dean Easter provided updates about the college and university.
