The Campaign for the University of Illinois

Brilliant Futures is the largest and most ambitious campaign in the history of the University of Illinois with the goal of raising $2.25 billion for students, faculty, research and the campus environment.

Urbana-Champaign Campus Campaign Goals

The Urbana-Champaign campus aims at raising $1.5 billion of the total $2.25 billion campaign goal. Funds raised will be used for student, faculty, and program support as well as to improve campus facilities.

College of ACES Campaign Goals

The college's goal is $170 million. The campaign will be a major source of funding for our five major initiatives:

  • Enhance and expand our global efforts
  • Provide experiential learning and teaching
  • Ensure leadership development for our students
  • Attract and retain the best faculty through endowments
  • Create new facilities and refurbish outdated ones
